Enjoy every second of life

Yoga Class - Downward Facing Dog
Hi, I'm Caroline Hermon

I'm a yoga, meditation and yoga relaxation teacher based in Twickenham, Middlesex.

I welcome all ages, abilities and levels of experience to all of my classes and I look forward to helping you get what you need on and off the mat.

I am a firm believer that yoga gives us as much off the mat as it does on the mat. If you get less worried or less stressed in life whether you be commuting or dealing with kids or colleagues or you are kinder to yourself and want to look after yourself so you can be the best possible you or you realise by looking after yourself you can give more to those who need it all of the these may potentially be life altering.

Yoga is not about flexibility, it is about being adaptable and adjustable in life - by letting life flow through you with ease and maybe understanding less is more in life and in yoga we can begin to enjoy life more - this is it - it is not a dress rehearsal so let's Just Enjoy Yoga!

May the long time sun shine upon you, may all love surround you, may the pure light within you guide you home

My goal is to offer yoga, meditation  and yoga relaxation classes that suit the health needs and fitness experiences of everyone. Feel free to contact me to find out more about my practice and how it can benefit your life.
